the 2025 Radiographic Testing Technology Exchange Forum was held in Huangshi, Hubei, China. Focusing on high-definition magnified imaging technology, the event brought together 97 experts. Fifteen keynote speakers addressed cutting-edge topics, including X-ray CL imaging, micro-nano CT advancements, and portable cold cathode ray tube power supplies.
From May 23 to 25, 2025, the "2025 Radiographic Testing Technology Exchange Forum" hosted by the Nondestructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers was grandly held in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. The forum was jointly hosted by Huangshi Shangfang Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd., the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Nondestructive Testing Technology of Nanchang Hangkong University, the Key Laboratory of Materials Testing and Evaluation of China National Nuclear Corporation, and Chengdu Aviation Vocational and Technical College.
The forum, with the theme of "Research on High-Definition Magnified Imaging Technology of Radiography", attracted 65 units and more than 97 experts, scholars and technical backbones from the fields of aerospace, nuclear industry, special equipment, etc. across the country. The academic papers collected and accepted by the forum were compiled into the "2025 Radiographic Testing Technology Exchange Forum Conference Proceedings".
The forum specially invited 15 experts in the field of radiation detection in China to give special reports, covering cutting-edge topics such as X-ray CL imaging and automatic identification of high-density welding devices, progress in micro-nano CT technology, research on portable high-precision cold cathode ray tube high-voltage power supplies, application of launch vehicle radiation detection technology, and cone beam CT detection of engine turbine blade cracks.
The research and development of cold cathode ray tube power supplies has solved the problems of large size and high energy consumption of traditional hot cathode equipment, and is expected to expand field operation scenarios. The radiation detection instrument and equipment exhibition held at the same time focused on displaying the latest research and development results and technical equipment in this field.
During the meeting, the representatives also visited Huangshi Shangfang Inspection Equipment Co., Ltd. and exchanged technical information on the research and development of ray detection equipment and production processes.
The on-site visit to Huangshi Shangfang not only displayed the production line, but also released a signal of customized equipment services. Through the forum + factory model, enterprises can effectively meet customer needs and shorten the technology iteration cycle.
This forum is not only a concentrated display of technological achievements, but also a weather vane for the future direction of the industry. With the improvement of quality inspection requirements of Made in China 2025, ray detection technology will play a more critical role in intelligent equipment, green energy and other fields.
